Raymond “℞ayzor” Garcia is a 31 year-old podcaster, radio host, DJ, and all out 80’s music fanatic! Born and raised in Central California, driven to bring the Synthwave culture to the masses!
What makes us different?
Synth Zone went on-air on May 29th, 2016 and what grew the appeal of the show was the fact that it was the only live synthwave show in the world! It started as a monthly show, and thanks to the support of many artist and listeners it eventually grew into a weekly show. Over the years, Synth Zone has broadcasted live from many locations all around California! Synth Zone has the spirit of what a traditional radio music show sounded like back in the 1980’s. Back in the day when radio DJ’s actually spun tracks, and played what was hot and underground. Listening to Synth Zone will make you have memories you’ve never had, from a decade you’ve never had the chance to experience.
What is the Goal?
We have many goals, but our main one is to bring synthwave into the masses! Spreading the love of new and upcoming artist in the scene. We also want to travel to DJ & broadcast live remotely from all kinds of different locations world wide! We also want to bring synthwave concerts and shows to your local areas, and get Synth Zone on your local radio airwaves! Among all that, build a strong community with people who share the same passion for the scene!
